HOW IT WORKS
ASL matches are played in 4 timed quarters using a team-based offence vs defence format.
One team sets a trick off the obstacle, and the opposing team must match it.
If they fail, the attacking team earns 1 point. If they land it, the point is blocked.
Teams rotate through their skaters on offence, while the defending team chooses their strongest player to respond.
Each team has 3 failed attempts before possession switches. After both teams have completed their turns, the quarter ends.
The team with the most points after 4 quarters wins. In the case of a tie, a deciding round or head-to-head tiebreaker determines the winner.
